We collect information you provide directly in the app and technical information needed to operate core mobile features securely and reliably.

The exact information processed depends on how you use SahatyConnect, such as whether you browse nearby centers, create an account, manage a staff workspace, or request services.

  • Account and profile details such as your name, phone number, email address, preferred language, and role in the app.
  • Health-service interaction data such as saved centers, appointment requests, availability checks, and in-app actions related to your account or workspace.
  • Device and technical data such as app version, device type, operating system, identifiers needed for security, crash diagnostics, and basic usage analytics.
  • Location-related data when you choose to grant location permission so the app can show nearby healthcare providers and map-based results.

How we use your information

We use your information to create and maintain your account, show relevant healthcare centers, support bookings and operational workflows, localize the experience, and keep the app secure.

We may also use technical and usage data to troubleshoot issues, improve performance, prevent abuse, and understand which features need improvement. We do not sell your personal information.
